The Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions specified in the Buy-Back Guarantee agreement.
Submit Buyback Request
The Buyer must submit a buyback request by email on the 30th day from the online purchase date, counting the original purchase date as day 0.
Vehicle Location and Payment
The vehicle must stay on the Buyer’s property during the buyback process, and the payment for the buyback will be made at the same location.
No Sale or Transfer Allowed
Following the online purchase date, the Buyer is prohibited from selling or transferring the vehicle to any third party.
A 30-day period is required to determine the Buyer’s eligibility for a buyback. During this time, an inspection will be conducted and reviewed by the program administrator to ensure the vehicle’s condition aligns with its state at the time of purchase.
